When you attend one of our kickboxing classes, you'll start out with a 15-minute HIT (high-intensity training) workout. This kind of interval training can get you fired up for the rest of the class, which involves body weight exercises like push-ups, sit-ups and burpees.
During strength training, we'll help you get your joints ready for the bag round. Bag rounds involve six different combinations of kicking and punching. We'll end with a speed round to burn fat.
