This high energy class is a fighter's workout without the fight! We start with a quick 13 minute HIIT workout to get sweating and then move into our bag rounds to really feel like a true badass! No kickboxing experience required! A coach will be on the mats with you every step of the way to make sure you are staying safe and having a great workout! Looking for a little more? These classes will tone, strengthen and purify your body. We offer Power Yoga which will challenge you to your edge and encourage you to reach your true potential with a dynamic mix of sweat and surrender. Gentle Flow Yoga is the second yoga class offered, this class is geared specifically for those new to yoga or those who are interested in a gentle practice. Both classes are appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required. Athletes and those who practice higher intensity fitness activities benefit from these classes in improved mobility, focus, and overall performance.
This 30 minute class packs the punch. We will start with a quick warm up and move straight into rounds where we will alternate between bag work and medicine ball strength training. The bag work that we do will focus on strengthening certain muscle groups, this class is not for the novice kickboxer. At least 3 months of consistent kajun kickboxing classes is required to take this class. Bring a soft medicine ball 10-15 lbs.
This 30 minute class is a glute burning, leg shaking workout! Perfect for building the "peach" and toning up those legs! The class starts with a glute activation warm up, and then into the bag work focusing on kicks with some extra legs exercises thrown in. Anyone that is ready for a lower body burn is welcome! Booty Bands are recommended!
